Resource requests
When you request a template, WebmastersGallery records your email address, the chosen resource, the consent wording and version, the request time, delivery status, and a privacy-preserving request key used for abuse prevention. The request is stored first in an owned Cloudflare D1 ledger and then synchronized to the dedicated WebmastersGallery Resource Requests list in Brevo for delivery. It is not treated as consent to a newsletter and is not merged into another Empire venture's list.
Downloads and retention
Brevo sends a short-lived, single-resource download link from an authenticated WebmastersGallery sender. The underlying file is not published as an ordinary static asset. Consent and delivery records are retained for operational evidence, troubleshooting, suppression, and reconciliation; offline CSV backups are access-controlled and excluded from the public repository. Contact removal or correction requests can be sent to hello@webmastersgallery.com.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare delivers and secures the website, stores the resource-request ledger, and provides Turnstile anti-bot verification on the request form. Cloudflare may process standard technical request data, browser signals, the requested URL, timestamps, and security signals as needed to operate and protect the service. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the resource-request ledger; a keyed hash is used for rate limiting.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It measures page views, engagement, traffic sources, outbound-link activity, and labeled affiliate-link clicks so WebmastersGallery can improve its guides and understand which provider actions are useful. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and ad-user-data consent remain disabled. Google may process device, browser, approximate location, requested URL, referral, and interaction data under its own terms. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser as wmg_analytics_consent; declining prevents the Google Analytics tag from loading. You can clear that site-storage value to be asked again.
Affiliate links
Clearly labeled affiliate links can take visitors to a provider's website. That provider and the affiliate network may process the visit under their own privacy policies. When analytics is allowed, WebmastersGallery records the affiliate network, relationship, campaign, page placement, provider, destination, and a deterministic placement identifier; it does not add a visitor identity to that event.
Other site behavior
There is no visitor account, comment system, advertising script, or general newsletter signup.
Future changes
Newsletter campaigns, advertising, or materially different analytics will not be enabled until this policy accurately describes the provider, purpose, data flow, retention, and available choices.
